Thanks, guyzilla and Moongleam, for the information!

Not only does this film interest me, I have a friend who is crazy about bigfoot movies and has only heard rumors about this original B&W version of CURSE OF BIGFOOT. I want to make a DVD-R for him, and for myself too!

I will experiment with the help of the things you've both told me until I get it right. I don't have Nero, but I do have Roxio Creator 2009.

Thanks again. I love low-budget DIY films like this one. :)

That might work, too.

I think it has a DIVX logo on the box, so maybe it will.

When I first found the IA last year, I downloaded and burned for myself several movies that were in MPEG2 format, but it seems nobody uses that anymore. It was an easy format to burn discs from, but also made for very large files, so maybe that's why it's not being used.

I'm currently in the process of transfering my old movie collection that's on vhs onto dvd and when I get to some stuff that's PD (or may be PD) I check with the forum before I upload it to make sure. when it checks out, I convert the dvds to divx to make it easier and faster for folks like you to download. It should be easy enough to convert the divx files back to dvd once you download 'em. I'll get to uploading from the above list once someone let's me know what's ok and what ain't. Anything on that list you would like?

Thanks to you and Video Cellar and all the others who share their PD goodies with the rest of us. It's much appreciated by this old fart, believe me.

Once I get my discs made of the 2 versions of the Bigfoot film, I'll be taking a break to cope with family health crises, so may not be around as much. Everything is on hold here.

Thanks again for the Bigfoot goodies...along with the Larry B films, they are a real special treat, and I'm very grateful. I love all the northern Arizona locations during the opening credits of Curse of Bigfoot. Sedona, etc.

The Larry B films alone would make up my "Desert Island Collection", for as crappy as they are, his films are the cinematic equivalent of comfort food to me, and have been for 40 years.

Also, whoever put Don Dohler's "Galaxy Invader" flick on the IA, it made me laugh (and groan) to see again. I knew and worked with him for many years, and he was a real pistol. I could say more, but... RIP, Don Dohler.
